APARTMENT WITH ROOF GARDEN FOR YOUR HOLYDAYS IN MATREI
Our apartment house is located on a small hill just a few steps from the center of Matrei.
HOLIDAYS WITHOUT USING YOUR CAR!
The bus stop directly in front of the house, the valley run’s arriving point at a distance of only 50 meters and the ski bus stop directly in front of the house. You can easily use the ski bus, which will take you for free (in 15 min intervals) to the Goldried cablecar, which is at a 500 m distance.
The highlight – our roof garden – a fantastic place to reminisce about the day with a good glass of wine looking at the grandiose peaks around.For example, Matrei’s local mountain “Zunig” on the south side and the neighbor town Virgen’s local mountain, “Ochsenbug” on the west side, just to name a few.

PAYMENT
We accept bank transfer and cash. Credit cards are not accepted.
DEPOSIT
We ask for a deposit of € 200.- on our account.
CANCELLATION
A cancellation is only valid in written form. The cancellation will also be confirmed in written form.
Up to 2 weeks before arrival, there will be no cancellation fee, from 14 to 3 days before arrival there will be 40% of the total price, from 3 days before – until arrival 100% of the total price
We recommend the subscription to a travel insurance(www.europaeische.at).

Arrival
The apartments are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. On request, possibly earlier!
Payment
30% deposit on booking, balance payable locally in CASH. We do NOT accept credit cards!
Tourist tax
The local tax is € 2,00 per person per day and will be charged separately. Children up to the age of 14 are free
Washing machine
Washing machines are available and can be used for a fee of € 2.00 per wash. Drying rack in each apartment.

Allergy sufferers
No carpets in our apartments, all apartments are furnished with brushed natural wood (spruce); The beds are all suitable for allergy sufferers

Our apartment house is a non smoking house! For smokers it is possible to smoke on their own balconies.
Covered parking
Each apartment has a covered parking space
Departure
On the day of departure the apartment has to be released by 10 am

Rent an E-MTBike
In the family-owned guesthouse E-mountain bikes can be rented. The bikes are replaced annually with new ones.
